Introduction and Scope of Agreement

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and ye55, an online casino platform operating under an international licence. • Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.

• ye55 does not bear any third-party transaction fees that may be charged by payment service providers.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ye55 offers various bonuses and promotions to players, subject to the specific terms of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash. Bonus funds must first meet the wagering requirements.
• The ye55 Welcome Bonus offers a 200% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM888, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of RM100 will award a bonus of RM200, resulting in a balance of RM300 in your account, and the total wagering required is RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagers placed using cash without a bonus do not count towards fulfilling bonus wagering requirements.
• ye55 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings derived from it if abuse or fraud is detected.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms.

The ye55 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to active members: Bronze Tier up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver Tier up to 0.7% weekly cashback, and Gold Tier up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Tier upgrades are based on player activity and loyalty.

Prohibited Activities and Platform Abuse

Players are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the ye55 platform:

• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform.
• Collusion between players in games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

• ye55 does not bear responsibility for losses caused by technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or internet connection failures on the user's end.
• ye55 is not responsible for the content or actions of third parties involved in payment processing.
• Any claim against ye55 must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the relevant incident.

Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting ye55 customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure.

ye55 reserves the right to freeze or close an account if:

• There is a breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration information is found to be false or incomplete.
• The account has been inactive for the specified period.
• A request is received from a relevant authority or licensing body.
